About Kirsten Kitchen
By combining the wonderful aroma of essential oils with the powerful touch of massage, my aim is to introduce both young and old alike to the versatility of aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is unique in that it gives you something that you can do for yourself, something that is both enjoyable and empowering. Allowing ourselves a moment of stillness and pleasure is in itself healing!As a holistic practitioner I tailor my treatment to your individual needs. After a thorough consultation I will help you to discover the oils that work for you personally, your own bespoke blend will then be applied in the type of massage that you require or need. (Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Soft Tissue Release)
My training, work experience and any achievement
I trained as an Aromatherapist with ITHMA, in 2010, under the guidance of Gabriel Mojay graduating with a diploma in Holistic Clinical Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Massage, including Oriental Medicine and Diagnosis.I have since gone on to train in Deep Tissue Massage and Soft Tissue Release as well as an advanced course for Aromatherapy in Pregnancy.
Having worked for some time alongside a local charity that helps reach out to people with depression, and a charity working with Dementia sufferers and their carer’s, I am keen to introduce Aromatherapy, as a complementary medicine, to a much wider section of people.

I went to Kirstin place and it was all set up lovely music and the smell of oils. She was a very caring person and had good knowledge of what oils I was to have. I had a full body massage and it was brilliant, especially the head. I can recomend her for a good deep tissue massage. Katy
The most relaxing massage ever. Kirsten recommended the perfect blend of oils for me. I was stressed and exhausted after a really bad year and after the session I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. And I slept like a baby for the first time in ages. I would definitely recommend.
